Welcome to CashBFF, a product of Khanna's LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and our SMS messaging service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHAT CASHBFF IS (AND ISN'T)

CashBFF provides budgeting insights and day-to-day spending guidance. It is educational information, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Your decisions are your responsibility.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm you're authorized to do so and they accept these Terms.

Use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with, attempt to disrupt, or misuse the Service. You're responsible for information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use.

4. MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your phone number during sign-up, you consent to receive SMS messages from CashBFF regarding budgeting insights, reminders, and account-related notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email daksh@cashbff.com.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't break laws, infringe rights, harm others, submit malicious content, or try to access data you're not authorized to access. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms are violated.

6. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its content are owned by Khanna's LLC or licensed to us. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may integrate with third-party services (for example, bank connection tools). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for those services.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khanna's LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. CHANGES

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you've violated these Terms or to comply with law.
